How it works

Three steps

Small groups book online; for a hosted event with food, send a note and we'll quote it flat.

  • 1. Pick the roomLarge (10–14) or VIP (up to 25) for most offices. Several rooms if the whole department is coming.
  • 2. Pick the foodOrder from the menu through the night, or let us set a shared spread for the group.
  • 3. Bring the slideshowTell us if you'd like to use the screen for photos before the songs start.

Good to know

  • Early-evening slots Sunday through Thursday get 30% off the room (5–9 PM)
  • A flat quote covers room, drinks and food; 18% service charge and tax are added
  • Cake and cupcakes are welcome; no other outside food or drinks
  • Balloons and decorations are fine — no glitter or confetti
  • Every room has its own dedicated staff for the whole booking
  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your reservation

Can we show photos or a slideshow?

Ask when you book — the room screen can be used before the karaoke starts for a slideshow on a laptop.

Is it too loud for older guests?

Your room is private, and you control the volume. The early-evening slot is the quiet one; the DJ doesn't start until 10 on weekends.

How do we pay as a group?

We quote hosted events flat and can invoice the department, or you can split a tab at the end like any night out.

How far ahead should we book?

Friday and Saturday evenings go a week or two out; weeknights are often available same-day. Book online any time.
